Client memory
Every client has a Memory tab holding what Templi knows about them, so the next person to pick up their file starts where the last one left off. You do not fill it in: entries appear as work completes.
Open a client's memory
Open the client from Clients.
Click the Memory tab.
Entries are listed newest first, each marked with where it came from.
Where entries come from
Most entries are written by Templi as work finishes, which is why the tab fills up without anyone maintaining it.
Fact find completed when a fact find is finished for the client.
Document completed when a document is finalised.
Meeting completed after a meeting takes place.
Import when the client comes in from your CRM.
Agent note when the agent learns something durable while working with you.
What counts as worth remembering
An agent note is written when something would still matter the next time someone works with this client. A request that applies only to the task in hand is not recorded.
In practice that means decisions the client made, objections they raised, goals they described, a change in their circumstances, a vulnerability, and how they want to be dealt with.
Memory is scoped to one client. Anything that should apply across your whole book belongs in Knowledge instead.
How it changes what Templi writes
Recent memory is given to the agent when it generates a document for that client, so a recorded objection or decision carries into the next report without anyone repeating it.
This is also why a stale entry is worth correcting. If the agent learns something that contradicts what is stored, it asks you which is current rather than choosing, and quotes both.
Add something yourself
Tell the agent in chat. Saying that a client has retired, or wants everything by post, or has ruled out a provider, is enough for it to record the entry against that client.
It will not record guesses. If you tell it something that clashes with an existing entry, it checks with you first.
