Client meetings
The Meetings tab on a client hub shows when the client's annual review is due, their upcoming meetings and their past meetings. From here you prepare a meeting brief, open notes and draft a review invitation.
Where to find it
Open the client, then click the Meetings tab.

Annual review
The Annual review card at the top works out when the next review is due: one year after the last meeting marked as the annual review. It shows one of these statuses.
Status | Meaning | Button |
|---|---|---|
Booked | An upcoming meeting is marked as the annual review | Prepare, or Open brief once the brief is written |
Up to date | The review was held and the next one is more than six weeks away | Open notes |
Due in | The next review is due within six weeks | Draft invite |
Overdue by | The due date has passed | Draft invite |
None recorded | No meeting is marked as the annual review | Draft invite |
Draft invite starts a chat in which Templi drafts an email inviting the client to their review, with a few suggested times and what you will cover.
Mark a meeting as the annual review
Templi only counts meetings you have marked, so mark the last review to start the countdown.
Find the meeting under Upcoming or Past.
Click its three-dot menu and choose Mark as annual review.
To undo it, choose Not the annual review from the same menu.
Upcoming and past meetings
Each list shows the meeting, its status and its date. Click a meeting to open it at https://app.templi.ai/meetings/<meeting>.
The three-dot menu on an upcoming meeting has Prepare brief, which has Templi write a brief for it, or Open brief once it is ready. Every meeting's menu also has Move to trash. A meeting that is recording has no menu.
Ask Templi
Click Ask about and the client's name at the bottom right of the tab. For example:
Prepare a brief for Sarah Winters' annual review next week. Cover her pension values, her ISA allowance this year and anything she raised last time.
Summarise what we agreed with Sarah at her last meeting and list the follow-ups that are still open.
