Client files
The Client files tab on a client hub holds every file kept for the client: statements, illustrations and letters you upload, files that arrive from email, meetings or your back-office system, documents Templi made, and folders from a connected drive. Templi reads these files when it works on the client.
Where to find it
Open the client, then click the Client files tab.
URL:
https://app.templi.ai/clients/<client>/files. A folder opens at/clients/<client>/files/folders/<folder>.
Files for all clients are also listed under Library > Files at https://app.templi.ai/files.
Add files
Each file can be up to 10 MB. Files go into the folder you have open.
Click Add files and choose files from your computer.
Drag files onto any part of the client hub. This works from every tab.
To upload whole folders, click the three-dot menu next to Add files, choose Add folders, then drop folders in or click Browse folders.
Organise files into folders
To make a folder, click the three-dot menu next to Add files and choose New folder.
To move a file, click the three-dot menu on its row, choose Move to, and pick a folder. You can also make a new folder from there.
To delete a folder, click the three-dot menu on its row and choose Delete folder. Everything inside moves back to the main list, and no files are deleted.
The path at the top of the list shows where you are. Click Client files in it to go back to the top.
Find a file

Ask Templi
Click Ask about and the client's name at the bottom right of the tab. For example:
Read Sarah Winters' latest Aviva pension statement and tell me the transfer value and any exit charges.
Which of Sarah's files mention her defined benefit scheme?
