Outlook Calendar
Connect Outlook Calendar so Templi can see your upcoming client meetings, match the attendees to your clients, and record the meeting through the Templi Adviser desktop app when it starts. The connection is read-only: Templi never creates, changes or deletes calendar events.
What it does
Syncs your upcoming meetings into Templi, including title, time, attendees and the meeting link.
Reflects changes within minutes. When a meeting is created, moved or cancelled in Outlook, Microsoft notifies Templi.
Recognises Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet links so the desktop app knows which meetings to record.
Matches attendees to your Templi clients by email address, so notes and fact finds land on the right record.
Connect
Each person connects their own calendar. Administrators cannot connect calendars on someone else's behalf.
In Templi, click Integrations, open Outlook Calendar and click Connect, or click Connect Calendar in the desktop app.
Review what the app will be able to do and click Authorise and connect.
Sign in to your Microsoft account in the tab that opens and allow calendar access.
Templi asks Microsoft for read-only calendar access, your basic profile, and permission to keep the connection alive without asking you to sign in again. If Microsoft later revokes it, the app shows an amber status with a Reconnect button.
