Vulnerability check
A vulnerability check records whether a client may need extra support and what you have agreed to do about it, so the whole team treats them consistently. Ask Templi to build one around the four things that most often make a client vulnerable: health, life events, financial resilience and capability. Then let Templi fill it from your meeting notes.
What to ask
Start a new chat from Home or Ask Templi and send:
Build a form called "Vulnerability check". Ask whether anything could affect the client's ability to make decisions, as a multiple choice with Health, Life event, Low financial resilience and Low confidence with money. Then ask for details in a long text question, what support has been agreed, such as larger print documents, extra time or a family member at meetings, whether the client has agreed to us recording this, and a date to check again.
Templi builds the form in a tab beside the chat and saves it on the Forms page.
Fill it for a client
On the Forms page, click Fill next to Vulnerability check, choose the client and attach your meeting notes or transcript. Click Fill and Templi completes what the meeting covered. Read every answer before you click Complete, because this form records sensitive information. See Fill a form.
Check it before you use it
Compare the questions with your firm's vulnerable client policy and ask Templi to add anything it requires.
Keep the wording neutral. Clients may read the form, so describe circumstances rather than labelling the client.
