Annual review
An annual review form captures what has changed for a client since you last saw them, so you can confirm the existing advice still suits them or see where it needs updating. Ask Templi to build one, then let Templi fill it from your review meeting for each client.
What to ask
Start a new chat from Home or Ask Templi and send:
Build a form called "Annual review". Ask whether the client's circumstances have changed since their last review. Then ask about any changes to their income, health, family and retirement plans, whether their attitude to risk is lower, about the same or higher than before, and whether their objectives have changed. End with a question about whether they are happy with the service they receive.
Templi builds the form in a tab beside the chat and saves it on the Forms page.
Fill it after the review meeting
On the Forms page, click Fill next to Annual review, choose the client and attach your meeting notes or the meeting transcript. Click Fill and Templi answers the questions from the meeting and what it already knows about the client. See Fill a form.
Show follow-up questions only when needed
A question such as "What has changed?" only makes sense when the client answers Yes. Open the form with Edit, click Add conditional field under the yes or no question, and choose Yes. The Form editor article has the full steps.
Useful follow-ups
Add a table for any new pensions, ISAs or policies the client has taken out, with provider, type and value.
Add a date question for when the client plans to retire.
Add a yes or no question asking whether anything has happened that means the client may need extra support.
